Actually, before posting this thread, I was in PowerShell forum and I thought this post published in there. You are right but we dont want to use FSRM due to extra load on server. We need a light solution which implemented on users computers. That's why I am looking for a solution in powershell. Interesting thing is, when I open a PS console and run above script, it is working until I close the script.

When I close the console it become inactive. I checked for the parameters of "Register-ObjectEvent to make it permanent but couldn't find anything. Now I am searching solution in "Start-Job" cmdlet. What do you think, "Start-Job" cmdlet could solve my problem? Try to set it in the start-up folder of "all user" to test. If it work, after set it in a GPO in a login script. If it does not work in the startup folder, check the error, user not admin? Office Office Exchange Server. Not an IT pro? If your sites are defined properly this isn't a problem, but could easily be if not since they workstations will go for any GC DC they find to login to and thus pull login scripts, GPOs, etc from. Lots of things it could be in those such as incorrect drive mappings, manual file copy from another server, etc.

The most obvious would be if there are a LOT of individual GPOs applying to the user account and computer as they try to login. Everything Utildayael is a good start. I'd also check the bind order under Advanced Settings for their connection. I've also seen this problem with Novell clients being installed on 2K Pro workstations, as well as problems with the 3com 3cb NIC.
