I dont know if all the qualifiers are there, I dont think North Korea is. Fifa 10 will give you an all around package, almost all international and club teams will be on there. But it won't give you a very authentic "world cup" like experience, the main pull for me in Fifa is the manager mode. But in the official world cup game is said to deliver a very authentic world cup experience.
